It watches the quiet. It wakes you when it matters.
Joe Baby Monitor turns two iPhones into a baby monitor. It recognises crying, noise and movement, shows a live view and keeps a timeline through the night. Losing the link is an alarm, not a quiet notification.

Everything you expect from a monitor. Without a stranger’s cloud.
An iPhone or iPad as the baby unit, an iPhone or Apple Watch as the parent unit. In English and Czech.
Live view and talk-back
Video and sound from the crib, a night mode that does not light up the room, and talk-back when a few words are enough.
Cry, noise and motion detection
Recognition runs on the device. Every alert shows what triggered it, and “that was not crying” tunes the model locally.
Night timeline
A band of calm and unrest across the night, events with twelve-second clips and a morning summary.
Soothing
A night light, lullabies and white noise, all controllable from the other phone.
Alerts that get through
Crying can alert you even through silent mode. A low baby-unit battery or an incoming call speaks up before it becomes a problem.
Watch and widgets
Apple Watch as a parent unit, widgets and a Live Activity with the current state.

Losing the link is an alarm. Not a notification.
If the baby unit falls asleep or the Wi-Fi drops, the parent unit speaks up loudly. In version 1 everything runs directly between your devices on one network; version 1.5 adds a connection over the internet.

It stays at home.
