Health and sleep information
With your permission, the app reads sleep and related measurements from Apple Health to create reports and trends. When you use Start Sleep, it can save time-in-bed information to Health. Health information is processed on your devices; the reviewed app code does not upload Health records to a developer-operated server. You control Health permissions and can manage records in the Health app.
Microphone and audio clips
Optional snoring detection analyzes microphone audio on iPhone during an active sleep session. Detected clips and event information are stored locally. You can choose not to retain audio, retain it for one or seven days, or keep it until deletion. Retention is applied by the app when it runs; you can also delete all recordings in Settings. Audio clips are not uploaded by the app.
Preferences and Apple Watch
Goals, alarm settings, tags and related app data are stored on your devices. The iPhone and paired Apple Watch exchange settings, sleep summaries and movement information using Apple frameworks. The Watch app and its complications share data within their App Group. Optional Home access is used for the lights you choose for your bedtime routine.
Internet connections
The app downloads background artwork and relaxing audio from https://cdn.svtk.dev/joe/. These requests necessarily expose an IP address and technical request information to the hosting/CDN provider. Sleep records and microphone recordings are not included in these asset requests. Downloaded media is cached locally. The handling and retention of infrastructure access logs must be confirmed by the operator before public release.
Accounts, advertising and analytics
No app account is required. The reviewed version contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDK. Apple may process App Store, TestFlight, crash and diagnostic information according to your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. Device backups are also governed by your Apple settings; removing the app does not necessarily remove existing backups or Health records.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive sleep or health information unless needed for an agreed support request. Ask us at lubos@svetik.cz if you want support correspondence removed.
Your choices
You can revoke permissions in iOS, delete recordings in the app, manage Health records in Health, and remove local app data by deleting the app. Your device backup settings may preserve previous copies. Contact us with questions about information handled by the developer.
